A movie based on the Olympic gold medalist’s life is in the works. Abhinav Bindra, the shooter, will be portrayed by Harshvardhan Kapoor. A Shot at History: My Obsessive Journey to Olympic Gold and Beyond, Bindra’s book, serves as the basis for the movie.
It is not a tale of rags to riches. He grew up in an affluent environment. However, just because you have privilege doesn’t imply life is simple. A shooting range is not a guarantee that you will compete in the Olympics and take home a gold medal, Hrshvardhan Kapoor added to PTI.

7. Bhaichung Bhutia Biopic
The biopic of Bhaichung Bhutia has been in development for a while. Three years ago, when the lead actor and the director were still being chosen, the biopic about the football player was announced. Anand Kumar will helm the film.
“I consider it an honour that some believe my experience merits being depicted on a large screen. I am positive that Anand would do justice to my story. I originate from a little hamlet in Sikkim, but playing football for India wasn’t my only desire. With United Sikkim, I was able to fulfil a lifelong passion of mine: owning a professional football team. It would undoubtedly be a fascinating endeavour because Bhaichung Bhutia is the one who gave Indian football international exposure.
